The Centre Pompidou pays tribute to fire Ellsworth Kelly (1923-2015), a leading figure of the abstraction including the use of minimalist shapes and colours has created a universe of poetry, disarming. The commissioner of this perfect record, Jean-Pierre Criqui, brought together for the first time the six works named Windows. Mythical icons in the museum, they were carried out by the young Ellsworth Kelly during his stay in France between 1948 and 1954.
