Venice will be able next summer to pay a ticket of entry to all its visitors, a fee of 2.5 to 10 euros depending the season to be used to limit the mass tourism that is suffocating the city. The measure introduced in the finance act Italian, finally adopted on Saturday, provides that Venice will be able to from July is «adopt in its own budget measures (…) a contribution to landing» as it already exists in the aeolian islands or Lampedusa (Sicily).
