According to the police, a chase began around 3:30 a.m. between two cars, until one blocked the other at exit 2 of the A507 ramp, at the level of the Merlan district. The occupants of the first vehicle then came out onto the roadway and fired at the occupants of the stuck vehicle.

Two of the men in the car died on the spot: one of them, about 25 years old, was found on the ground, while the other, about 30 years old, was still in the car. Both were found in cardio-respiratory arrest.
A third man present in the car targeted by the shots, seriously injured, had multiple bullet holes on his limbs and in the back, added the same source familiar with the matter. Conscious at the time of his treatment, he was transported to hospital with a vital prognosis.
The emergency services and the police searched in vain for a fourth person who was in the vehicle, according to the statements of the injured, without being able to locate him.
