Nobody goes to Britain to see the painting of the Eighteenth century. In Rennes, it is the Seventeenth century that visitors prefer ; at Nantes, in the Nineteenth century, the school of Pont-Aven or the art contemporary… the friendship of The two curators, Adeline Collange-Perugi, Nantes, and Guillaume Kazerouni, Rennes has resulted in this exhibition in two time, that rebat cards: they borrowed tables to other public collections de Bretagne, Brest, Quimper, Morlaix, and even to Lamballe, where the portrait of the princess of Lamballe by Mosnier, acquired in 1978, is hung at the town hall, as if the unhappy girl, whose head ends up at the end of a pike was the president of the Republic – just return of things.
