According to the interior Ministry of Belarus, the incident happened on Saturday. Witnesses said they saw two men and a woman who could be involved in explosion.
One of the possible perpetrators was a man born in 1968. During the arrest, they hit a policeman on the head and tried to gouge his eyes, according to the Agency. The injured employee was taken to the hospital.
